We live in Charlotte, NC in an older home which we completely renovated last year.  Our neighborhood is full of beautiful, old trees, thick grassy lawns, and families with kids!  We live on a cul-de-sac so there is very little traffic on our street, and kids seem to be out playing at all times!  We also have wonderful front and back yards just waiting for someone to play in!

We share our home with a cat “Percival” (although we call him “Bog”) and a kitten named “Petunia.”  They are loving and friendly and live in their own room with a little door to the outside to our enclosed backyard.  We love all animals and look forward to sharing them with our child.

Charlotte is a great place for kids!  We have the new Imaginon center for kids, The Children’s Theatre, the National Whitewater Center, The Panthers NFL team and Bobcats NBA team, plus great schools, parks and playgrounds.  We also have the Carolina Raptor Center, and the Asheboro Zoo closeby.  Charlotte is also very close to the North Carolina Blue Ridge Mountains, and the North and South Carolina beaches and Charleston, SC, and we visit these places frequently!
